7 Layer Bean Dip

An extremely popular appetizer dip recipe that consists of a layer of beans, seasoned sour cream, cheese, onion, and olives. Great for Superbowl parties or many other parties
 

Ingredients

  • 16 oz fat-free canned refried beans
  • 16 oz Kraft 2% mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup(s) guacamole
  • 1 cup(s) salsa
  • 6 oz olive(s)
  • 1 oz Lawry's taco spices & seasonings
  • 1/2 cup(s) scallion(s)
  • 8 oz Knudsen Light light sour cream
  • cream cheese
 
Method

Combine taco seasoning mix with sour cream and set aside. Spread beans into the bottom of a 9x13 inch serving tray that is about 1 1/2 inches deep. Sprinkle 1 cups of shredded cheese on top of beans. Spread sour cream mixture very on top of cheese. Spread guacamole on top of sour cream. Pour salsa over guacamole and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese, black olives, and green onions on top.

 

Notes: For a little more flavor try the Rosarita Zesty Salsa No Fat Refried beans. We eat this dip with WOW Tortilla chips or Fat-Free crackers. Spread it in a low-fat tortilla for a tasty burrito too.
