A Chili Cheese Dip

Layers of cream cheese, chili and cheddar cheese melted together for a satisfying hot dip--serve with crisp tortilla chips.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 15 oz can chili, with or without beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method

Spread cream cheese into bottom, and up sides, of a microwavable pie plate or quiche dish. Spread chili over cream cheese and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Microwave on high 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with tortilla chips.
