|1 lb||Lean Hamburger or Ground Pork|
|1 bag||Shredded Cabbage & Carrots|
|½||Bell Pepper, diced|
|2 pkgs||Lumpia Wrappers|
Brown meat in a frying pan. In a large bowl, add meat to cabbage, bell pepper and onion. Add salt and mix in egg.
Separate one wrapper at a time, placing about 2 tablespoons of mixture on each wrapper, folding egg roll up per instructions found on wrapper package. In electric frying pan, add enough shortening to cover bottom when melted. Add egg rolls and turn over when browned on first side. Egg rolls are done when completely brown.
