Asparagus & Scallops Wrapped In Bacon

A sure to impress appetizer--tender asparagus and scallops wrapped in crispy bacon strips.

  • Servings: 2

Ingredients:

1 Small Bunch Thin Asparagus
10 Large Scallops
1 pkg Bacon

Directions:

Cut ends off of aspargus and cut in half. Wrap scallops and asparagus in a long strip of bacon. Bake in a 400 degree oven, on a baking tray, until bacon is cooked through, 15-20 minutes.

Helpful Tips:

Use thawed scallops not frozen ones. When putting on a tray, place asparagus side down, so they cook in the bacon fat.
