Authentic Polish-Style Deviled Eggs

Hard cooked eggs are halved and filled with a mixture of the yolks, mayonnaise, two mustards, onion and horseradish cream.
Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs--hard cooked
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow French mustard
- Dash of sea salt
- Dash of cayenne red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white horseradish cream
- Finely chopped onions (quantity to satisfy to taste)
- Pepper to taste
- Hungarian paprika
- Fresh parsley sprigs
- Finely sliced green onions

Method
Boil eggs until firm; cool, peel, slice in half and separate the yolks. Place yokes into a bowl and mash. Add the remaining ingredients to yolks, except Paprika, Parsley and green onions. Mix thoroughly. Fill egg white centers with egg yolk mixture. (Pastry decorator tips may be used for an appealing display of yolk mixture in the center). Sprinkle with Hungarian paprika and finely sliced green onions. Place a sprig of fresh parsley in the center of each egg for decoration. Place deviled eggs on a beautiful display plate to serve.
