A good old bruschetta recipe with fresh avocado and kalamata olives, what a delicious combination.
Dice the avocado, then lightly mix the first five ingredients. Add salt, pepper and the drizzle of olive oil over the mix.
Slice the baguette and lightly toast the slices under the broiler. Serve warm.
Notes:
Goes great with a light fruity wine.
