Ingredients:
| 1 pt | Cherry Tomatoes |
| ½ cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 bunch | Green Onions, finely chopped |
| ½ cup | Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 1× 16 oz pkg | Bacon, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
Cut tops off cherry tomatos, and using a melon baller, carefully scoop out seeds and pulp. Place each tomato, upside down, on paper towels to drain. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Stuff each cherry tomato with bacon mixture. Chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Line serving tray with parsley to keep tomatoes from rolling around.
Helpful Tips:
I list these as appetizers, and they are, but I always at least double the recipe because sometimes people just want to fill up on these--they are so good.
