Method
Unroll 1 can crescent rolls and without separating press into one large rectangle onto lightly floured surface. Carefully seal all seams. In large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, onions, bacon, tomatoes, and garlic powder. Spread half of mixture onto dough, then roll up like a jelly roll, sealing ends. Repeat with second can of rolls and remainder of mixture. Freeze both for about 10 minutes for easier slicing. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice each rectangle into 2 inch slices. Each rectangle will make 16 pinwheels. Place slices, cut side down onto greased baking sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake approximately 20 minutes or until lightly browned and cool.
