Bacon Wrapped Meatballs

Classic Italian Meatballs with a twist of bacon. Great appetizer or main dish.

1½ lb Lean Ground Beef
½ cup Finely Diced Onion
½ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
½ cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1 lb pkg Favorite Bacon


Mix the beef, onion, cheese, garlic, parsley, bread crumb, and egg gently in a medium bowl. Portion beef mixture into rounded tablespoons and roll into balls. Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each meatball with half of a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment and cook at 375 degrees until bacon is crispy and slightly browned, about 25 min. Remove toothpicks before serving.
