Bacon Wrapped Meatballs

|1½ lb||Lean Ground Beef|
|½ cup||Finely Diced Onion|
|½ cup||Shredded Parmesan Cheese|
|1 Tbsp||Finely Chopped Garlic|
|2 Tbsp||Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley|
|½ cup||Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs|
|1 lb pkg||Favorite Bacon|
Mix the beef, onion, cheese, garlic, parsley, bread crumb, and egg gently in a medium bowl. Portion beef mixture into rounded tablespoons and roll into balls. Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each meatball with half of a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment and cook at 375 degrees until bacon is crispy and slightly browned, about 25 min. Remove toothpicks before serving.
