Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp

Medium-large shrimp are wrapped in bacon, secured with a wooden pick and baked. They're brushed with honey-mustard dressing before serving.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. medium-large shrimp
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 jar honey-mustard salad dressing

Method

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wrap the raw bacon around the shrimp, place a toothpick in the middle to secure the bacon. Place on a large cookie sheet. It is okay for the shrimp to be touching. Repeat until all of your shrimp are covered. Bake until bacon and shrimp are fully cooked. (Usually, 10-20 minutes, depending on the oven.) Drain. Brush on the honey mustard when ready to serve.

 

Notes: For best results this recipe is great to make the night before a party. Just throw in the fridge and bake the next day.
