Baked Artichoke and Roasted Garlic Dip

Chopped canned artichokes are combined with mayo, mozzarella, two kinds of parmesan cheeses and roasted garlic, and baked until golden & bubbly.

  • Servings: 6-8 people


2 cans Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Mozzarella, shredded, plus ¼ cup for topping
¼ cup Grated Parmesan, plus ¼ cup for topping
¼ cup Shredded Parmesan, plus ¼ cup for topping
3 cloves Roasted Garlic, mashed to a paste
Crackers or Toasted Bread, for dipping


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Lightly grease a 9x9" baking dish and pour mixture into dish. Sprinkle with reserved cheeses and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

Helpful Tips:

I made this dish for a big football game this past Sunday. It was gone very quickly! Serve with crackers or toasted bread slices.
