Baked Brie With Mango Chutney

This appetizer of brie cheese smothered with mango chutney is perfect served over a toasted baguette.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 large whole wheel of brie, about 2 lb
  • 2 cups prepared mango chutney
  • 1 large baguette, sliced diagonally and toasted in oven

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unwrap brie and place on large oven-proof serving dish. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese begins to soften and run. Smooth the chutney over top, and surround it with the baguette slices. Serve immediately.

 

Notes: Keep extra chutney on hand to refresh top of cheese.
