Baloney Wurst Spread

An appetizer spread made with balogna and liverwurst to serve with crackers or toast points.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb.chunk beef balogna (deli)
- 1/2 lb. liverwurst
- 1 cup mayo
- 2-3 tbs. sweet pickle relish
- dash tabasco or to taste

Method
Cube meats into processor and add mayo, relish, and Tabasco. Use off/on turns to puree mixture. Can add or decrease mayo according to texture need. Taste and season with salt if need. Depends on brand of sausages used. Be sure to push down with a rubber spatula as processes.
Notes: My kids love this in a sandwich-they don?t know about the liver. My husband likes it on crackers with a cold beer.
