Caramelized onions and balsamic vinegar give this pizza a great flavor that is perfect as an appetizer or for the main course.

Lightly grill chicken until just done. Cut into strips and toss in balsamic vinegar. Roll out doughs until they are the size of 10 inch pizza plates. Evenly spread out balsamic chicken. Top with provolone cheese and caramelized onions. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown. Garnish with tomatoes and parsley. Caramelized onions: Heat olive oil and saute onions. Cook until caramelized. Add salt and pepper to taste.
