Bavarian Party Dip

A creamy dip with smoked liversausage that can be spread on crackers or toast points.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup minced onions
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. braunschweiger

Method
Saute the onions 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently; remove from heat and drain. Remove the casing from the braunschweiger and mix meat with the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in onion and pepper.
