BBQ Peanuts

This flavorful snack is made by coating dry roasted peanuts with a butter and barbecue sauce mixture flavored with garlic salt and ground red pepper, then baking.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 16 oz. jar dry roasted lightly salted peanuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 13x9-inch pan; set aside. Whisk together melted butter, BBQ sauce, garlic salt, and cayenne in medium bowl until well blended. Add peanuts; toss until evenly coated. Spread peanuts in single layer in prepared pan. Bake 20-22 minutes or until glazed, stirring occasionally to prevent them from sticking together. Store tightly covered.
Notes: I make these almost every year at Christmas for my Dad and he loves them! It's hard to get them packaged before the rest of the family gets into them!
