Crispy breaded chicken wings dipped in a spicy barbecue sauce and served with a cheesy ranch dressing.
Heat oil in large roasting pan or skillet. Cook bacon until crispy, crumble into little pieces, and set aside. Add vegetable oil to pan with bacon grease. In a large Ziploc bag combine flour, seasoning, and pepper. In a small bowl beat eggs and dip chicken pieces in egg until lightly coated. Place pieces in bag and shake. When chicken pieces are fully coated place them in hot grease. Be carefully as oil will splatter. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from grease and place on paper towel to drain. In a large bowl combine BBQ sauce, Tabasco, and crumbled bacon. Dip chicken pieces in bowl until covered and place on serving dish. Dash with salt and pepper. Melt cheddar cheese for 30 seconds in microwave and mix with ranch dressing. Serve wings with ranch dressing and cheddar cheese mixture and celery sticks.
Notes:
A favorite for football games or sporting events. For some reason, most guys love the flavor of bacon, so these wings can't go wrong.
