This combination of canned refried beans, sour cream, cream cheese, taco seasoning mix, Colby Monterey Jack cheese, and green onion make a great hot appetizer.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 3-4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp salsa
  • 2 cup shredded co-jack cheese

Method

Combine all ingredients except for 1/2 Cup of the cheese. Put in casserole; top w/remaining cheese. Bake at 350 deg for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

 

Notes: I take this recipe everywhere and it's always a hit.
