This great dip is perfect for any party or occasion.  The pumpernickel bread bowl makes a great presentation.

  • Servings: 8-10


2 cups Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp Dill Weed
3 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
1½ Tbsp Minced Onion
2 Tbsp Beau Monde Seasoning
¼ lb Shaved Corned Beef
Rye or Pumpernickle Bread Rounds


Mix all ingredients, except beef, in a bowl. Tear corned beef into small pieces, and add to dip. Chill for a few hours. Serve with rye or pumpernickle bread rounds. Hollow out bread round, place dip inside, and serve with pieces of bread arranged around bread round. Bread should be torn into pieces and left out so it becomes almost stale, before serving.
