|2× 2.25 oz jars||Dried Beef Slices|
|8 oz||Cream Cheese, plain or onion and chive|
On each slice of beef, spread about 2 teaspoons of cream cheese. Place a pickle in the middle of the cream cheese.
Roll up and slice crosswise.
This recipe was given to me over 30 years ago by a dear friend that was having a cocktail party. It's an appetizer that needs no more attention because it is so delicious, and also easy.
