Prepare pizza dough as instructed on box/tube. Mix together the mayo, steak seasoning and horseradish (if you like it really spicy, add additional horseradish), spread it on the prepared pizza crust. Add the roast beef, red onion, and cheeses. Place in the oven at 350 degrees F. and cook until cheeses are melted and roast beef is heated through, about 10 minutes. Add any additional topping you like and serve with a nice tossed salad.
