Beer Cheese Spread

A creamy spread seasoned with ranch dressing mix and your choice of beer. A nice ale from the local microbrewery would be great.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 8 ounces Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 cup beer

Method
Combine with mixer until smooth. Chill several hours. Serve with Triscuits or other crackers.
