Better Than Dessert Pie

This peanut butter, chocolate and banana pie creation is creamy and delicious.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 deep dish graham pie crust
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 16 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 banana

Method

Melt chocolate, pour into pie shell and cool in fridge. Mix sugar, cream cheese and peanut butter. In separate bowl, mix cream until whipped. Mix whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Slice banana and add. Pour mixture into pie shell and refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer. Slice and serve.
