Bite-Sized Meatballs

A combination of ground beef, crushed saltine crackers, eggs and onion flakes is formed into small meatballs, then baked in a mixture containing BBQ sauce, tomato sauce and grape jelly.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 3 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1 small bottle BBQ sauce
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 5 heaping tablespoons grape jelly
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper

Method
Mix first 5 ingredients and make into small meatballs. Mix remaining ingredients together in separate bowl. Drop balls into sauce mixture and put in 9x13? pan. Pour remaining sauce mixture over top. Do not brown meat first. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until meat is cooked.
Notes: Grape jelly is the key ingredient!
