Olives and Romano cheese baked up in a quick and easy puff pastry bread twist.
Unfold pastry sheets on lightly floured countertop. Brush with egg mixture and sprinkle with Romano cheese. Evenly spread olives on top of cheese and press down gently. Cut each sheet into 12 strips. Lift a strip by both ends and twist. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned and puffed.
Notes:
Serve with dips and salsas, salads and stews, or, stand alone for appetizers and cocktail parties.
