This appetizer is sure to get things started. Gorgonzola cheese paired with pancetta, and it is a snap to prepare.
Preheat oven 375. Spray top of Boboli with oil.
Spread in order of parsley, cheese, and pancetta evenly on top of crust. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until pancetta is brown and cheese is bubbly.
Cut into bite size squares.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes:
This recipe was inspired while planning an Italian dinner for a small party. I needed an appetizer with bold flavors and bread based as it was to be the only appetizer being served.
