Boneless Buffalo Wing Dip

An easy adaptation of the popular appetizer, this baked version uses canned chicken. Stir in cheese and salad dressing, top with cheese and bake.
Ingredients
- 2 (10-ounce) cans chicken, drained
- 3 T hot pepper sauce
- 2 (8-ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup blue cheese salad dressing
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 8 ounces shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or cheddar)
- Blue cheese dressing
- Celery Sticks and Crackers

Method
Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat until heated through. Stir in cream cheese, 1 cup blue cheese dressing, and blue cheese. Continue to heat over medium heat until incorporated. Pour into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with additional blue cheese dressing. Serve with celery and crackers.
Notes: Rich creamy and cheesy and easy to eat Buffalo Wing alternative. This is a hit at every party.
