A variety of hot peppers is cooked along with onion and tabasco sauce in canned tomatoes, and served with pepper-jack cheese.

Ingredients
  • 8 jalapeno peppers
  • 4 jardineres
  • 4 red hot chili peppers
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 3 Tbsp of Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 block of pepper-jack cheese
  • 1 jar of canned tomatoes
 
Method

First you chop all your peppers and put them into the pan. Dice your 1/2 of an onion and put it into the pan. Next mix your jar of canned tomatoes and the three Tablespoons of Tabasco, then dump it into the pan and heat it up. Add cheese.
