Breaded Kale

Kale a whole new way--just bread with egg and bread crumbs then fry until crisp and golden brown.
Ingredients
- 1 bag bread crumbs
- 3 eggs
- 4 head of kale

Method
Mix bread crumbs and eggs together. Dip kale into bread crumbs. Fry kale in pan with a small amount of vegetable oil or deep fry in oil until brown.
