
Homemade onion rings with a crunchy coating that is sure to be a favorite for your family.
Beat together until smooth all ingredients except onions. Slice 1/3 inch thick onion rings. Soak in ice water 1 hour. Separate into rings. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Dip in batter. Deep fry in corn oil for about 5 minutes.
