|8 oz||Round of Brie Cheese|
|3-4||Elephant Garlic Cloves, must be elephant garlic|
|Oil Packed Sun-dried Tomatoes, alessi|
|Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|Crackers &/or Bagel Chips|
Coat a quiche or pie pan with olive oil or a non-stick spray. Cut the top rind off the Brie; place the wheel of brie in the pan. Sliver the elephant garlic and slice the tomatoes into bite-sized chunks. Arrange the garlic and tomatoes around the brie, alternating or in any fashion you desire. Drizzle Brie with olive oil.
Bake at 350 degrees until the brie is bubbling and oozing. Serve with crackers or bagel chips of your choice.
Guests scoop up some cheese, some garlic, and some sun dried tomatoes onto a cracker and enjoy.
