Buffalo Chicken Dip

A wonderful creamy, spicy, cheesy, chicken dip, great served with crackers, celery sticks or on bread.


3 Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
1– 4 Tbsp Hot Sauce, to taste
1 cup Mayonaise
1 - 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese
2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded (divided use
2-3 Tbsp Green Onions, finely chopped
1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
⅔ cup Blue Cheese or Feta Cheese, crumbled (divided use) (i like to use a combo of both


Preheat oven to 375.

Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.

In a bowl, toss chicken with hot sauce and set aside.

Mix mayo, cream cheese, 1 1/2 c of the cheddar, onions, lemon and 1/3 cup of blue cheese together in casserole dish.

Stir chicken into cheese mixture and top with remaining cheddar and blue cheese.

Bake 20-25 minutes, until bubbly.

Serve warm with celery sticks and favorite crackers.

Helpful Tips:

*Hot sauce - I prefer really mild, I use only a tablespoon, if even that much...and it's still really good! *I like to take a baguette, sliced thin and toasted for serving the dip on.
