Buffalo Chicken Dip
|3||Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded|
|1– 4 Tbsp||Hot Sauce, to taste|
|1 - 8 oz pkg||Cream Cheese|
|2 cup||Cheddar Cheese, shredded (divided use|
|2-3 Tbsp||Green Onions, finely chopped|
|1-2 Tbsp||Lemon Juice|
|⅔ cup||Blue Cheese or Feta Cheese, crumbled (divided use) (i like to use a combo of both|
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.
In a bowl, toss chicken with hot sauce and set aside.
Mix mayo, cream cheese, 1 1/2 c of the cheddar, onions, lemon and 1/3 cup of blue cheese together in casserole dish.
Stir chicken into cheese mixture and top with remaining cheddar and blue cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until bubbly.
Serve warm with celery sticks and favorite crackers.
*Hot sauce - I prefer really mild, I use only a tablespoon, if even that much...and it's still really good! *I like to take a baguette, sliced thin and toasted for serving the dip on.
