Buffalo Wings

The classic preparation for the most popular appetizer with lots of zing from pepper sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 3 oz of hot-pepper sauce

Method
Cut off wing tips. Then cut in half at the joint. Fry until brown on all sides, 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Melt butter or margarine in small pan. Add hot-pepper sauce. For thicker sauce - add a little flour. Place wings in large bowl with lid. Pour on sauce, put on the lid, and shake, shake, shake. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Variation: Add chopped garlic to sauce.
