Caribbean Grape Salsa

This salsa combines both red and green grapes, green onion, green chilies, cilantro and champagne vinegar. It may also be used as an accompaniment for chicken or fish.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, sliced in half
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons champagne vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Pinch each (Pacific) salt and fresh ground pepper
 
Method

Combine all ingredients; cover and chill to marinate at least one hour before serving.

 
Notes:

Serve along side a grilled chicken or fish.
