Cinnamon raisin bread is layered with a sweetened cream cheese mixture, carrots, and toasted pecans to make for sweet and delicate tea sandwiches.

8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
¼ cup Powdered Sugar
½ cup Grated Carrots
½ cup Chopped Toasted Pecans
1 Loaf Cinnamon Raisin Bread


Whip together the cream cheese and sugar. Fold in the carrots and nuts.

Spread onto quartered raisin bread slices for tea sandwiches.
