A great make ahead appetizer--just mix the ingredients, form into a ball and chill.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks cream cheese
  • 3 cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp diced green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp diced onion
  • 1 Tbsp diced pimento
  • 1-2 squirts Worchestershire sauce
  • 3 squirts lemon juice
  • 1 jar green olives
  • 1 box Wheat Thins

Method

Mix cheeses together. Mix in pepper, onion, pimento, Worchestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Form into large ball. Chill in fridge for 1 hour. Serve with olives and Wheat Thins.

 

Notes: This is a favorite recipe for our family all through the year and especially at Christmas.
