A creamy cheese dip with Cheddar and pepper cheese, served in a bread bowl with chunks of bread for dipping--a simple, but elegant appetizer.

  • Servings: 10

1 Round Loaf Bread, hollowed out
1 Round Loaf Bread, cubed
1½ cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
½ cup Monterey Jack Pepper Cheese
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
16 oz Sour Cream
½ cup Chopped Onion
1 cup Diced Ham
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Combine Cheddar cheese, pepper cheese and cream cheese in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a hollowed out bread loaf. Wrap filled loaf completely in regular aluminum foil 3 times and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 75-90 minutes. Meanwhile, cut up second bread loaf and hollowed out bread into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Once dip is finished baking, remove foil from top of bread loaf. Stir and serve with bread cubes to dip.
