Cheese Perogies

Perogies stuffed with cheese, sauteed with onions and garlic, topped with gouda cheese and parsley.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 box of cheese perogies
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3-4 green onions, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 lb gouda cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • A splash of white drinking wine
  • Chopped red pepper, optional

Method

Sauted the periogies with the onions, green onions, and garlic. Cook until brown. Add a splash of wine and salt/pepper to taste. Sprinkle with gouda cheese and serve. Add parsley for garnish or red peppers for more color.

 

Notes: A fast and deilcious appetizer or dinner.
