
Use this simple cheese sauce, made with cheddar cheese, milk, flour and butter, to spoon over vegetables. Add salsa for dipping with tortilla chips or crumbled bacon to serve over potatoes.
Melt butter in saucepan over medium-high heat. Add flour and stir. Add milk. Cook and stir continuously until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted and mixture becomes thickened. Remove from heat. Optional add-ins: Salsa for Nachos, or pieces of cooked bacon to serve over hot, baked potatoes.
Notes:
Really good served on top of steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
