Spam and cheese are mixed with cayenne pepper, spread on an English muffin and toasted for a quick meal on the go or hot appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 can Spam
- Small block processed cheese
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 package English muffins

Method
Combine all ingredients in food processor. When well combined, spread atop split English muffins and broil until golden brown.
Notes: No need to toast muffins first.
