Cheesy Artichoke Dip with a Kick

This cheesy artichoke and tomato dip is served in a Hawaiin bread bowl with crisp wheat crackers.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 bag cheddar cheese, 2 cups
  • 1 can tomatoes with green chilies
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 box Wheat Thin creackers
  • 1 Hawaiian bread bowls

Method

Slice artichokes and mix all ingredients well. Cook for 15 minutes or until lightly brown at 375 degrees. Spoon into Hawaiian bread bowl and serve with crackers.
