This warm appetizer tops toasted slices of baquette with a roma tomato mixture that has mozzarella & parmesan cheeses plus oil & vinegars.
Mix first 9 ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
To serve: Slice baquette into 1/2-inch thick slices. Brush both sides of bread slices lightly with additional olive oil. Broil bread slices for approximately 1-3 minutes on each side to toast. Gently rub both sides of warm, toasted bread with cut side of garlic clove. Top bread slices with tomato mixture, place on baking sheet. Broil for 1-3 minutes to warm, and for cheese to slightly melt.
