|1 lb||Block Swiss Cheese|
|2 pkg||Swiss Cheese, finely shredded|
|2||Large Ham Slices, ¼? thick|
|Seasoned Bread Crumbs|
|Oil, any kind, vegetable, corn, olive|
Cube Swiss cheese block and ham into 1/4 inch cubes.
Place all cheese, ham & chicken in large bowl and mix together.
Roll mixture into golf ball size balls.
Dip each ball in beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs until coated.
Heat frying pan to medium, add oil to cover bottom and fry balls until turning brown on all sides.
Place on paper towel to drain.
Add oil as necessary when frying balls. Can be made ahead and heated in oven. They freeze or microwave well, and do not get rubbery. Recipe can be cut in half.
