Chicken Tortilla Wraps

A great make ahead appetizer--just layer cream cheese and salsa with chicken and cheese on a tortilla, roll up, chill and slice.Ingredients
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups hot salsa, drained
- 1 pkg 10 inch flour tortillas
- 1 lb deli chicken, thinly sliced
- 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese

Method
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and salsa. Lay out tortillas and spread cream cheese mixture thinly over each tortilla. Next add two thin slices of chicken. Then sprinkle grated cheese over chicken. Roll tortillas jelly roll style tightly, and secure with a toothpick. Cover and chill overnight. When ready to serve, slice in 1 inch slices and arrange on a serving plate.
Notes: Roast beef or ham could be used rather than chicken.
