Chipotle Artichoke Dip

Chipotle peppers and Tabasco sauce spice up ordinary hot artichoke dip.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
 
Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain, rinse, and chop artichoke hearts Mix mayonnaise, cheese, garlic, lemon juice and chipotle powder then fold in artichoke hearts. Prepare a casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour mixture into prepared dish and drizzle Tabasco over top then bake 20 minutes. Serve hot with wheat crackers or tortilla chips.

 

Notes: This is a great hop dip while you watch football on a cold day.
