Clam Dip
Cream cheese (plain and chive) is combined with mayonnaise, canned minced clams, and garlic, and thinned with evaporated milk for this dip.
Ingredients
- 2 small pkgs (3 oz each) cream cheese with chives
- 2 lg pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese (plain)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 small (6 1/2 or 8 oz each) cans minced clams, drained
- Salt to taste
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- Tortilla chips or crackers

Method
Soften cream cheeses. Stir in mayonnaise. Beat all ingredients very well in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Serve with dippers.
Notes: Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
