Large mushrooms are stuffed with a mixture of canned clams, bread crumbs, onion and sweet pepper, then baked.

10 Large Mushrooms
1× 6½ oz can Minced Clams With Juice
¼ cup Chopped Bell Pepper
¼ cup Chopped Onion
½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
½ cup Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp Margarine, melted


Remove and chop stems from mushroom. Combine chopped stems with onion, bell pepper, clams with juice, bread crumbs, margarine and cheese. Mix well. Generously Spoon filling into mushroom caps, rounding like an ice cream cone. Place on cookie sheet and bake on 375 for 20-30 minutes.
