|1× 6½ oz can||Minced Clams With Juice|
|¼ cup||Chopped Bell Pepper|
|¼ cup||Chopped Onion|
|½ cup||Shredded Mozzarella Cheese|
|½ cup||Bread Crumbs|
|2 Tbsp||Margarine, melted|
Remove and chop stems from mushroom. Combine chopped stems with onion, bell pepper, clams with juice, bread crumbs, margarine and cheese. Mix well. Generously Spoon filling into mushroom caps, rounding like an ice cream cone. Place on cookie sheet and bake on 375 for 20-30 minutes.
