Colorful Fruit Sticks

A refreshing and healthy appetizer to complement a meal of fresh fish or chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup strawberries (halved if large)
- 1 cup cubed mango
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped mint
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated orange zest

Method
Take cut fruit and place on kebob sticks (two pineapple chunks, two strawberries, and two cubed mangos per kabob.) Mix yogurt, salt, mint, lemon juice, and orange zest. Dip fruit in yogurt sauce and enjoy!
