Con Queso

This cheesy chip dip is made with Velveeta and also has tomatoes, green chilies, green onion, and butter.
Ingredients
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 Green Onion (diced fine)
- 1 can Tomatoes (diced)
- 1 tsp minced Garlic
- 1 can Green Chiles (chopped)
- 1 lb Velvetta Cheese (cubed)
- Milk (as needed)

Method
Saute all ingredients together except Velveeta and Milk. Add cubed Velveeta and let melt into mixture. Lower heat while cheese is melting so as not to burn. Add milk as needed for proper dipping consistency. Can be served to dip chips or for tequitos.
