This is a great appetizer or a great garnish for any meal. Get creative.
Ingredients
- As many carrots as you would like
- Vegetable oil

Method
Slice carrots thinly and cook in oil until soft, but not soft enough to eat. Use small cookie cutters and press into carrots, then cook in pan till finished.
Notes: looks very cool as an appetizer, especially in star shapes.
